August 20, 2011 - Pat finished 6th in his 40 lap feature.
August 13, 2011 - After a 2-1/2 hour rain delay Pete was involved in a wreck on lap one of his heat. Unable to put the car back together he took the green for the feature in Larry Spencer's car. Thank you Larry for your sportsmanship. Bill struggled with an ill handling racecar all night, but was able to finish 11th in the Street Stock feature.
August 12, 2011 - Sean won his third feature in a row at Borgers Speedway Friday night, his first time at the track.
August 5, 2011 - Sean won his second straight at Snydersville Raceway.
July 30, 2011 - Pete got his first 2011 feature win. Bill crashed early in his feature and finished a disappointing 15th with a wrecked car.
July 22, 2011 - Pete finished 1st in the FWD Mini Stock ROC event and 2nd overall.
July 16, 2011 - Pete loses a heartbreaker. After leading most of the 20 lap feature, he got a flat on lap 17 going into turn one causing him to spin and get collected by another driver. He finished 10th. Bill had his best race of season finishing 10th out of a field of 16 cars. His car continues to improve every week.
July 15, 2011 - Sean got his first feature win Friday night at Snydersville Raceway.
July 9, 2011 - Pat gets his 3rd top ten in a row. Pat raced into the 8th spot Saturday night in another strong showing at Mountian Speedway.
July 2, 2011 - Pete finishes 4th in a double point, 30 lap race Saturday night. Bill finally gets to race after 6 weeks of chasing mechanical problems.
July 1, 2011 - Sean had his best race of his career Friday night. After getting parked and finishing last in his heat due to to the loss of brakes he started the feature last in a field of ten karts. He raced to the front of the field and finished 2nd on the track.
June 11, 2011 - Pat Verwys returned the track on June 11, and finished 9th.
Sean and Katie raced in the kids big wheel race. Sean finished 1st and Katie 4th.
June 5, 2011 - Pete finished 8th in the 4 Cylinder Enduro at Mountain Speedway. He is now 4th in the 4 Cyliner Enduro standings, only 8 points out of 1st.
Bill started and finished twelth in just his second race back in his Street Stock.
Pete finished second Sunday and is currently sitting in second place in the FWD division, just 23 points out of first.
Sean fiished second Friday night, May 6th after starting last.
Bill finished his first feature back in a Street Stock since 2005 in 12th place after suffering a left rear flat.
Pete raced hard in his FWD and finished in 2nd place in a tight battle between the first three cars.
Sean raced his first race of 2011 on Friday, April 29th. He started right where he ended last year and finished a strong second place in both his heat and feature races. Sean is eight years old and is in his third year of racing. He can be seen racing Friday nights at Snydersville Speedway.
Bill started his 2011 season on Pole Day at Mountain Speedway by qualifying 9th out of 14 Street Stocks.
Pete qualified his FWD car 4th out of 9 cars.
Pete has finished second in both 4-cylinder Enduro races held this year at Mountain Speedway. He is currently 6th in points, just 12 points out of first place.
